  • Teams will consist of 6 Players. Absent players are responsible for league dues, and choose an active sub to participate in their place.
  • Game formats will vary depending on whether League Gellyball or League Laser Tag. These games can include, but not limited to: King of the Hill, Tug-O-War, Capture the Flags, Team Elimination.
  • All players, active roster or sub, must be registered with X-Treme Battle Tag League Registry. These dues are collected once a year, and allow players to participate in any league for that current year.

Draft Day

The week prior to league play beginning, teams will gather to select any remaining players needed for the roster. All League Membership dues must be collected by this day. League Presidents/Secretary, will discuss any additional rules, price funds, awards and dues that are collected.

Tournament Seeding

Teams will be seeded randomly. This is done automatically with the tournament system.

Waiver

Each player must have a waiver on file for the current league. Players under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to file the waiver which can be found on our website or recieved from the team captain. Waiver forms are collected once each year from all subs and players.

Gear Assignment

Gear is assigned to each player at random. Players can not request specific gear. Players can not reject gear unless their is some sort of defect such as not firing, sticky trigger, sensors not activated.

Barrier Movement - Tampering

Manipulation of bunkers either by moveing, or manipulate their original position will result in player being deactivated and removed from the game. This includes shifting barriers where walls connect to try and receive an unfair advantage.

Equipment Abuse:

Tampering or abusing the laser tag equipment including the arena is cause for disqualification of the player and the team This includes trying to hide sensors so they can not be hit and wearing head bands titled to try and gain an unfair advantage.

Dead men don't talk:

Once a player's life force reaches zero they are to leave the field via the nearest boundry and return to their base so they can respawn. Dead Players can not communicate to other players, nor use their body to block shots. Dead Players can say "HIT" or "Nice Shot" but no other communication is permitted.

Diversion Tactics:

Players may not use any means to attempt and decieve a player. This includes yelling "hit" when not, throwing objects, shouting incorrect scores and/or time or any other aspect which would other wise steal a players attention and providing an unfair advantage.

No Running:

To prevent any undo injuries, running is not permitted. Players can walk briskly, but not run....if a player is found running, they will be deactivated for 30 seconds and will have to respawn at the base.

Physical Contact:

Laser Tag is a non contact sport. Players that deliberatly make physical contact will be removed from the game.

Music:

Music will be available, however kept at a level where players can still maintain verbal communication. Both team Captains must agree to have music turned up, down or off.

Stalling:

To prevent stalling if a player is inactive for more than 5 seconds they will begin to experience a radiation effect... Which starts to bleed off life force. Bases also have a defense using radiation to limit players trying to attack the base.

Unsportsman like Conduct:

Badgering a player, insulting a player or any other rude behavior will not be accepted. Players will be issued several Warnings, but if the behavior continues, will be deactivated.
